Refund Policy

  1. Available Refund Methods:

    • Credit Card/Debit Card (Net Banking Account): Credited to Bank Account within 3-5 Business Days.

    • UPI Linked Bank Account: Credited within 3-5 Business Days.

  2. Pay on Delivery Orders:

    • NEFT to Bank Account: Credited within 3-5 Business Days.

Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Return:

    • Return within 7 days in case the product is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, or is different from the description on the product detail page.

  2. Conditions for Processing Returns:

    • The product was not damaged while in your possession.

    • The product is not different from what was shipped to you.

    • The product is returned in its original condition (with the brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all accessories included).

  3. Non-Eligible Returns:

    • Products may not be eligible for return in cases of buyer's remorse, such as incorrect model or colour of the product ordered, or incorrect product ordered.

  4. Non-Returnable Products:

    • Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

  5. Product Replacement:

    • Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock.
